Asking questions before ordering is completely normal. The book is made for one person, so most questions turn out to be personal too.
We read messages every weekday and usually reply within one business day. If you have already ordered, adding your order number moves things along faster.

- Where is my order?
- Send your order number and we will tell you which stage your proof is at and when to expect delivery. If you have an account, your orders are listed on your account page too.
- What happens to my photos?
- Your photos are used only for your book, kept private, and deleted after the book ships. You can also write to us at any point and ask us to delete them sooner.
- I cannot decide on a style
- Describe the story you want to tell in a few sentences and we will narrow the styles down with you. If you are not in a hurry, the style quiz is a good starting point.
